Now that you know a little about what lights me up let me introduce myself. I'm Sarah DeShaw, an international wedding photographer and entrepreneur. Although my company is based on Saint Simons Island, Georgia we've been so blessed to have the opportunity to photograph our beautiful clients all over the globe.

Family Photos: Natasha, Junior & Puppy

Honestly, I can’t get enough of taking pictures lately. When I see beautiful light I want to photograph everything and everyone. Crazy, I know! But, when my eyes saw the oohey-gooey-yummy lighting on this open lot (below), I just wanted to be sure to take pictures there! So, when Natasha and Junior wanted some family photos I knew just the place. I keep my family sessions extremely limited so I can focus on my wedding clients, but it was fun and refreshing to get to photograph this family.

Natasha and Junior are an amazing pair and Brent and I just love being their friends. Natasha is also from up north, like me, so oftentimes I feel like she just gets me.

They recently added a new member to their family, a puppy! So, we just had to go out and grab some new family photos.

I think this photo below is my absolute favorite from our photography session:I’ve been just dying to take photos by these wildflowers. (Some people call them weeds, but I just don’t see them that way)
